The long awaited summer is finally here with all the buzz that come with it. After all those cold winter nights, its time to get out and get a bite of the summer but… a few precautions can not be over estimated.

Parties, walking and hitting the beaches are the the top agenda while staying home is not an option to be considered. The skin is a very delicate part of the human body although very few people pay attention to it. For those who are acne prone, this is the time to pay the most attention to taking care of their skin.

While the sun may be good for burning off the acne and at the same time to get that beautiful sun tanned skin, it may be a double edged knife. With the present atmospheric pollution and climate changes, the ultra violet radiations are more dangerous to the skin. The sun burns off the top layer of the skin while not taking care of the main sources of acne. A temporary solution to acne problems because the acne will be back as soon as the sebum starts to clog the skin pores again.

    Walking:
Walking or jogging in hot weather have their good sides especially for those who want to reduce their weight by burning off those extra calories. When you walk or run in hot weather, you sweat and sweat spells catastrophe for acne. Do not wipe your face too frequently. An immediate wash recommended by using lukewarm water.

Another bad news is that exposure to sun and wind tends to dry out the skin. This may seem a nice way to be ridden of sebum that clogs the skin but dry skin may crack under the effects of wind and the wind contains germs and bacteria which make things worse by infilterating your skin through those skin cracks.

    Sunscreens:
These lotions and creams may contain oil which is just as bad for the pores as sebum. It would be a poor tradeoff to avoid UV radiation by worsening the acne. Be careful about what type of sunscreen and after beach lotions you buy and stay clear from those rich in oil. And one final advice: watch out for the effect of salty sea water on your skin. Salty water and perfect skin don’t mix well at all. And that’s even before you get to think about sea water not being all that clean.

What can be done to help fight acne in summer? For starters you can take care of your skin, make sure it is clean and free of sebum and dust in the morning and evening. If your lifestyle or job involves a lot of sweating, you may want to be even more careful about your skin. The ClearPores skin cleansing system is the perfect tool for this job. The deep washes use Salicylic Acid and SD Alcohol to keep both the surface of the skin and the pores clean and dry, while the herbal supplements kill bacteria. Finally, the protection cream acts as a shield on your skin and makes sure sebum, grime and bacteria don’t become a threat.

The summer is not the only time to take care of skin acne. You can maintain an acne free skin throughout the year with good skin hygiene. On the other hand, those that suffer from serious problems may use herbal based skin acne treatment systems like Clearpores.
